• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our store. We currently accept prepaid orders only. This policy helps us reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO) instances, minimizes the time and resources our delivery partners spend on failed deliveries, and helps prevent fake or fraudulent orders — ultimately keeping our prices and service reliable for genuine customers.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details — including size, shipping address, and contact information — are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Thread Evoke is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or incorrect items resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer at checkout. 5. Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy is fixed and restricted. Returns are accepted only in cases of wrong delivery or fabric/material defects.
